1. Change your Browser or clear your browser's cache. Access CMX Cloud from a browser you have not used to access it before. eg. if you were using Firefox to access CMX Cloud earlier, use Chrome now.
2. Flush your DNS rules .
For windows : run this command on your terminal (command prompt) : ipconfig /flushdns
For mac OS X 10.x and above or linux run this command on your terminal: sudo dscacheutil -flushcache
