Why I am not able to see Success Page on my device?

  1. There can be Global redirect issue. Either the success page on the portal is skipped or it is completely not visible as the CMX directly getting connected to the internet. In WLC, “Redirect URL after Login” as this parameter takes precedence over the success page in CMX Cloud, results the skipping of success page. Please make sure above setting is not configured.

  1. End users using Android Devices are currently unable to open the Landing page URL (Success Page) configured under CONNECT&ENGAGE>Connect Experiences, and may experience the closedown of the Guest Portal after the user registers there.  This is a known 'Redirection to Success Page' Android bug from Google
